Book your dates below — weekly stays in summer, 15 nights and more off-season: exact price and instant confirmation, with no platform fees.

Pricing basis: €1,900 rent + €800 for utilities and services — electricity, water, internet, garden and pool care, monthly cleaning — i.e. €2,700 per month, all inclusive. Partial months are pro-rated at €90 per day.

Indicative estimate — we reply with a firm proposal within 24 hours. Tourist tax may apply.

Good to know: a mobility lease requires no security deposit. Only proof of your situation (employer letter, assignment order, internship agreement, student certificate…) is added to the file.

Write to us in English and we answer in English. The lease itself is a French legal instrument and is drawn up in French; we walk you through it clause by clause before you sign, and a translation is available on request.
