Two seasons, two ways to book
June → September
Summer, by the week
Seven nights minimum, arrive on the day of your choice, heated pool open. Nightly rates are highest in July and August; June and September are gentler, with the same house and the same garden.
October → May
Off-season, by the night or by the month
The minimum stay depends on the month and is shown in the table below. From one month, the 35% long-stay discount applies. For 1 to 8 months, the mobility lease at €2,700 per month all-inclusive is often simpler.

Included in the nightly rate
- The whole villa for 6 guests + 1 infant: three suites, XXL kitchen, office, 800 m² garden
- The heated pool from May to September, the terraces, the Big Green Egg
- Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and a wood stove for the cool season
- Sheets, towels and household linen, crib and high chair on request
- Three parking spaces behind the electric gate, EV charger
Added, shown before you pay
- End-of-stay cleaning: 250 €, once per stay
- Tourist tax, calculated by the calendar from your dates and number of guests
- €500 security deposit requested before arrival through our secure partner Truvi, released after the stay

Booking, paying, cancelling: the rules
How does payment work?
You pick your dates in the calendar, the total appears with cleaning and taxes, then you pay by card on a secure page. You receive the confirmation and arrival details by e-mail.
Can I cancel?
The terms below are the ones applied by our booking calendar; they update automatically. We recommend cancellation insurance.
- 100% refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking — except for bookings made less than 14 days before check-in
Outside these cases, the stay remains due.
What time do we arrive and leave?
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out before 10 am. You let yourselves in with a smart lock whose code is sent before the stay; the house guides are on the tablet in the kitchen.
How many people?
Six guests at most, plus one infant. The house is non-smoking, does not take pets and is not suited to parties or events.
And for a month or more?
Beyond one month, the calendar applies the long-stay discount. For 1 to 8 months between October and May, the mobility lease sets a single rent of €2,700 per month all-inclusive, with no security deposit, pro rata at €90 per day.
