Two ways to stay a month or more
No commitment, from one month
By the month, through the calendar
You pick your dates, the 35% long-stay discount applies automatically and you pay online. End-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax are added, as for any stay. For one to two months, flexible dates or a trial.
1 to 8 months, October to May
The mobility lease
A furnished-rental contract reserved for people on the move: assignment, relocation, training, studies. Single rent of €2,700 per month all-inclusive, no security deposit, pro rata €90 per day, leave with one month’s notice.

Working here
A real office, a real connection, real quiet
A dedicated workspace, fibre Wi-Fi, air conditioning in summer and the wood stove in winter. Two terraces for breaks, 800 m² of enclosed garden to breathe, and the village on foot: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants. Bordeaux is twenty minutes away by car, or by the 470 express bus from the village.

- Nightly rate with the long-stay discount, paid online when booking
- End-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax, shown before you pay
- €500 deposit through Truvi, released after the stay
On a mobility lease
- €2,700 per month all-inclusive: rent, electricity, water, internet, garden, pool
- One monthly clean included, no security deposit
- Contract signed remotely, proof of mobility, one month’s notice

Booking for an employee?
Invoice in your company’s name, quote on request, booking in the guest’s name, one point of contact for the whole stay. For rehousing covered by an insurer, we provide the documents required.

Before you write to us
Can we come as a family?
Yes: the villa sleeps up to six in three suites, plus an infant (travel cot and high chair). School and shops are in the village, on foot.
Do we need a car?
Not day to day: everything in the village is on foot and the 470 express bus goes to Bordeaux. For trips, U Location rents cars a few minutes away, and the villa has three parking spaces and an EV charger.
Calendar or mobility lease: how to choose?
One to two months, flexible dates, online payment: the calendar. Documented mobility (assignment, relocation, training, studies) for 1 to 8 months between October and May: the mobility lease, cheaper by the month and with no deposit. If in doubt, write to us with your dates.
