Everyone has their own space
Three bedrooms, three doors that close
Three bedrooms each with their own bathroom: parents on one side, children on the other, the baby in the parents’ room in the cot set up before you arrive. Single-storey, the house has no stairs; the XXL kitchen opens onto the dining room and the terrace, and the big living room brings everyone together in the evening.

Outdoors, safely
An enclosed garden, a secured pool
The 800 m² garden is fully enclosed, behind an electric gate: the children play on the lawn and along the paths without you having to watch the street. The pool is heated from May to September, secured, and closed from October to April. From the pergola, you have the water right in front of you.

The Roger-Lapébie path by bike
A car-free greenway on a former railway line, a few minutes from the villa: flat, shaded, with café stops in the old stations. Bikes for hire in Créon.
Arcachon Bay and the Dune du Pilat
An hour away: the calm beaches of the Bay for the little ones, the Dune du Pilat to climb for the older ones, the oyster shacks for the parents.
Bordeaux with children
Twenty minutes away: the water mirror on place de la Bourse to run through the reflections, Cap Sciences for the curious, the quays by bike or tram.
Saint-Émilion and the vineyards
Thirty-five minutes away: the cobbled lanes, the Tour du Roy to climb, a picnic in the vineyards; the châteaux often welcome families for a visit.

Can we come with a baby?
Yes: the villa sleeps 6 guests and 1 baby. Cot, travel cot and high chair are on site; tell us the baby’s age when you book so that everything is set up when you arrive.
Is the pool secured?
Yes. It is secured and heated from May to September, closed from October to April. The garden is enclosed and the gate electric. Supervising the children of course remains the parents’ responsibility.
Are there games for the children?
Board games, books and toys are available in the house, and the family bedroom has its play corner. Outside: the lawn, the hammock, the pool in season.
