The villa
Bright, single-storey, designed for long stays as much as for summer
An elegant villa nestled in the heart of a lively village: twenty minutes from Bordeaux, thirty-five from Saint-Émilion and an hour from Arcachon Bay. Three suites, each with its own bathroom, a large living room opening onto the terrace, an XXL kitchen and a dedicated office for remote work.
Outside, 800 m² of enclosed garden wrap around the pool: lawn, gravel paths, maples that give shade at every hour of the day. The pool is heated from May to September, and secured. Two furnished terraces, a pergola by the water, a Big Green Egg, an outdoor shower and a hammock for the afternoons.
Self check-in with a smart lock, electric gate, three parking spaces on the property and an EV charging point: drop your bags, everything is already ready.

Before you book
Is the pool open all year?
It is heated and open from May to September. From October to April, the villa revolves around the wood stove, the garden and the region, Bordeaux and the Entre-deux-Mers.
Are linen and cleaning included?
Sheets, towels and household linen are provided. The end-of-stay cleaning (€250) is shown in the calendar quote before you book; with a mobility lease, a monthly clean is included in the package.
Can we bring a baby?
Yes: a travel cot and a high chair are available on request, in addition to the six beds.
