Your data
Privacy policy
This page describes the personal data collected on villa-zenorya.fr, what it is used for and what your rights are. Data controller: Arnaud Pigeyre, reachable through the enquiry form.
Enquiry form
When you write to us we collect your first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, the outline of your plans (dates, length, number of guests, the grounds for a mobility lease, and your employer where relevant) and your message. This data is used solely to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible contract (pre-contractual steps, art. 6.1.b GDPR). It is kept for 12 months after our last exchange and then deleted, unless a contract is signed (in which case the applicable statutory retention periods apply). It is stored on our website (hosted by o2switch, in France) and in our mailbox; it is never sold or passed on.
Online booking
The booking module is provided by our partner Hospitable. The data you enter to book (identity, contact details, payment) is processed by Hospitable and its payment provider under their own privacy policy, shown inside the module before confirmation. We then access the booking information needed to welcome you.
Cookies and third-party services
A banner asks for your choice on your first visit. Without your agreement, only strictly necessary technical cookies are set (caching, form security, remembering your choice). You can change your mind at any time through the “Cookie preferences” button at the bottom left of every page.
If you accept, site traffic is measured with Google Analytics 4, integrated through Google Site Kit. Until you agree, Google Consent Mode v2 prevents the _ga and _ga_* cookies from being set and blocks the transmission of identifying data: Google only receives an anonymous signal indicating that consent has been refused. Once you accept, Google measures your visits (pages viewed, time spent, referral source, device type) without keeping your full IP address. This data is processed by Google Ireland Limited, with transfers outside the European Union covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses.
The site shows no advertising and uses no advertising or retargeting cookies. Consent is collected by CookieYes, which sets a technical cookie to remember your decision.
The following embedded services load content from their own servers, which discloses your IP address to them: the Hospitable booking module, the OpenStreetMap map (OpenStreetMap Foundation) and the villa’s photographs (hosted by Hospitable).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to determine what becomes of it after your death. To exercise those rights, write to us through the enquiry form. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
